This is something that an email or written word doesn't do very well but it's the reason we get up every day and it's the reason we’ve been so blessed with such success in our real estate business. Our philosophy about real estate is that we’re here to help two parties (buyer and seller) find each other and complete a transaction with a minimum of fuss and headache. We DO NOT believe in beating up the other party just because we're on opposing teams. Selling and/or buying a home is an emotional experience and we don't believe it is in the best interest of either party to make the other feel bullied or abused. Some real estate agents feel it's their job to intimidate us and/or our client and they seem to thrive on unnecessary confrontation. We believe this is counterproductive to the basic desires of both parties to sell or to buy. We’re advocates for our clients. Our job is to obtain the best price, terms and conditions for OUR client. We’re expert negotiators and have an exceptional reputation in the industry for making things happen with all parties still intact at the end of the transaction. Please don't mistake our kindness for weakness. The "good will" approach has served our clients very well throughout the years. Your real estate agent should not get in the way!
Our synergy is infectious. We’re very positive and social people. Our hobbies include good food, good wine and great friends… in addition, we’re fitness oriented. Allen plays ice hockey and Cheryle likes to train and run triathlons. We enjoy traveling to new places, snow skiing, water sports and loving our 3-legged rescue dog, Lucky!
